The terms, in plain words.

These terms apply when you use anvilloomdesigns.com or buy from Anvil & Loom Custom Designs ("we", "us"), a small, veteran-owned business in the United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Questions: admin@anvilloomdesigns.com.

Orders and payment

Clothing is sold through our online store's secure checkout, run by our e-commerce provider (Hostinger) with payments processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed when checkout completes and you receive the confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example a pricing mistake or an item we can't make), we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Digital downloads are sold and delivered by Gumroad on our Shop page; Gumroad's terms apply to those purchases, and each product page there states its file details and licence.

Shipping

Shipping is currently free within the areas our checkout offers. We'll email you when your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Problems with an order

If something arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, email us at admin@anvilloomdesigns.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Custom requests

Sending a request through our Custom requests form doesn't commit you to anything and nothing is charged. Any custom order, price and timing is agreed with you by email before we start.

Our designs

The Anvil & Loom name, logo, the Strike True crest and all artwork and photos on this site are ours. Please don't copy or resell them. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the design (digital downloads come with the licence stated on their product page).

Social media and our TikTok app

We share our own designs and videos on social media, including TikTok, Instagram and X. We use a small, private app connected to TikTok only to upload Anvil & Loom's own videos to our own TikTok account. It isn't offered to the public and doesn't access anyone else's account. See our Privacy page.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site (for example sending spam through the form or trying to break it). The site and its content are provided as they are; we do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
